Passport Elite Primer-Sealer and Professional Acrylic Latex Undercoat An ideal first coat for porous or absorbent surfaces. Fast-drying, acrylic latex-based, it can be overcoated with alkyd, oil or latex urethane-based finishes. Recommended for new or old interior surfaces (plaster, wallboard, masonry blocks and ceiling tiles) that have been properly prepared. This product is not suitable for application under two-component paint coats (epoxy paint, urethane paint, etc.) or in areas of constant moisture.
